Azerbaijan Society of Prosthodontics (ASP) is a leading professional organization bringing together specialists working in prosthodontics and restorative dentistry nationwide.

The main objective of the union is to promote scientific research in prosthodontics, support continuous professional development for specialists, and conduct public awareness campaigns regarding oral and dental health.

Dr. Elchin Abbasov graduated with a degree in Dentistry (DDS) from Azerbaijan Medical University in 2009 and earned his PhD in Prosthodontics from Ondokuz Mayıs University, Türkiye, in 2018. He serves as an Academician and Lecturer at the Department of Prosthodontics at Azerbaijan Medical University.
Specializing in aesthetic, digital, and implant dentistry, he has extensive professional experience as a prosthodontist across various leading clinics. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Prosthodontics (ASP), a Constituent Member of the ICP, a Member of the EPA, and holds key leadership roles in several national dental organizations.

Prof. Nazim Panahov graduated with honors from Azerbaijan Medical University (AMU) in 1993. He received his PhD in 2003, Associate Professorship in 2009, Doctor of Medical Sciences in 2014, and full Professorship in 2019.
He serves as the Head of the Department of Prosthodontics at AMU, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Chief Dentist of the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan, and is a co-founder and board member of APOSIB. In 2021, he was awarded the title of "Honored Doctor of Azerbaijan."

Graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry. Completed a 1-year Master's program in Implantology and Advanced Surgery at Goethe University, Germany. She has been serving at the Prosthodontics Department of AMU since 2008 and became an Associate Professor in 2021.

Rufat Huseynli, was born on 1973, in Baku, Azerbaijan. He graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University in 1995. In 1997, he founded Mirvari Diş Dental Clinic, one of the first private dental clinics in Azerbaijan, where he has been engaged in clinical practice ever since.
In 2018, he successfully defended his PhD research entitled "Improvement of the Method for Fabrication of Surgical Guides Used in Dental Implantology" and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Sciences.
He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics, Azerbaijan Medical University. He is a co-author of the textbook "Prosthodontics. Implant-Supported Prostheses," which has been published in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
Dr. Huseynli has delivered lectures and presentations at numerous national and international scientific conferences and is the author of nearly 50 scientific publications.
He previously served as an expert in Dentistry at the Coordination Council for Scientific Research of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).He is a member of the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) and a Board Member of the Azerbaijan Professional Prosthodontists society.
By the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 22, 2025, he was appointed Vice-Rector for International Relations at the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev.
